Bukku accounting API tools for Claude via Model Context Protocol
Find issuers where multiple distinct insiders independently bought with their own money (code P) inside a window - a signal raw EDGAR cannot answer. Sorted by total value.
ArgumentsA call is made on an account: it counts against an allowance and the publisher sees it, which is why this one asks who you are first.
What it does
SEC insider intelligence: trades, 8-K events, planned sales, activist stakes - one entity graph.
Quickstart
# 1 — install (mcprush login holds a key from your dashboard)

Insidergraph is free: there is no plan to choose, no cap to set and nothing that can bill you.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine — this server runs on the publisher’s own infrastructure behind our gateway, and what you install is the connection to it.
This is a public server: you run it yourself and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command.
claude mcp add --transport http insidergraph-mcp https://api.insidergraph.com/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing at the gateway. The server itself runs on the publisher’s own infrastructure, so nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
11 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

START HERE for any company question: one call returns the full insider picture for a ticker or company name - current 5%+ stakeholders (13D/13G), insider buy/sell activity (Form 4), announced sales (Form 144), and recent material events (8-K). Every row links its SEC filing; next_tools names the tool for each deeper question.
Takes no parameters.
Orientation: what this server covers RIGHT NOW - per-feed live date ranges (coverage deepens daily toward the backfill horizon), your access tier, and an example question per tool. Call this first when unsure what to ask or whether a date range is covered.
Takes no parameters.
Resolve any company identifier to its EDGAR identity: ticker in any format (AAPL, NASDAQ:AAPL, $NVDA, BRK.B), company name, CIK number, US ISIN, or CUSIP. Returns ranked candidates with name, ticker, and CIK. Use it when unsure of the exact ticker before calling the search tools.
Takes no parameters.
Search normalized insider transactions from SEC Forms 3/4/5 (US public companies). Returns rows with pre-computed value_usd and a quote-ready summary string with the SEC filing link.
Takes no parameters.
Search SEC 8-K material corporate events (bankruptcies, restatements, officer departures, delistings, cyber incidents, earnings, M&A...) normalized to item codes, with SEC filing links.
Takes no parameters.
Search SEC Form 144 notices - insiders' PROPOSED sales of restricted/control stock, filed BEFORE the sale executes (the Form 4 reports execution after). A leading indicator: announced-but-not-yet-executed insider selling, with broker and approximate sale date.
Takes no parameters.
Search 5%+ beneficial-ownership stakes from Schedules 13D/13G. 13D = ACTIVE intent (activists, acquirers - market-moving); 13G = passive. Latest filing per (issuer, holder) wins, so results are current stakes; superseded history stays in the archive.
Takes no parameters.
The firehose: recently ingested filings across ALL feeds (Forms 3/4/5, 8-K, 144, Schedules 13D/13G) with acceptance timestamps and SEC filing links, newest first. Use to see what just came in.
Takes no parameters.
Cross-feed signal: pair each Form 144 notice (an insider's ANNOUNCED sale) with the seller's actual Form 4 sale executions - same person, exact CIK identity, matched inside the notice's factual Rule 144 validity window (90 days from filing). Surfaces execution ratios and, most notably, announced-but-never-executed sales: insiders whose notice expired with no sale. Raw EDGAR cannot answer this in o

Cross-feed signal: for issuers that filed a material 8-K event, show SEC Form 4 insider transactions in the N days BEFORE the event - e.g. insider selling before a bankruptcy, restatement, or delisting. Joins two feeds through the shared entity graph; raw EDGAR cannot answer this in one query.

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |
|---|
Nothing here is billable. Insidergraph costs nothing to install and nothing to call, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is a hosted endpoint: the publisher runs it and we connect to it. The scanner reads packages and source, and neither exists to read here, so there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one. What can be checked instead is on Installation: what it asks to reach and what it writes.
Release history
Pinned to 0.65.0 — the install command below asks for that release. A pin is part of an install, so it is kept for this visit and written down when you install.

Only accounts with at least 50 real tool calls against this server in the last 90 days can post. Ratings are weighted by how much the reviewer actually uses it, and publishers can reply once per review.
Writing one takes an account with at least 50 real tool calls against Insidergraph in the last 90 days. That is the whole gate — there is no other way to post, which is why the counts beside each review are worth reading.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes an account with 50 real tool calls against it.
