You pay a listing’s own price and not a cent more: we add no fee to it, and we do not count installs, calls or connections. The only line we ever bill you is the plan itself, and the first of the three is free forever.
The first is the whole marketplace at $0 and stays that way. The second starts where an account needs a record of what it did and room to do it. The third exists for a different reason again: control that has to hold at the gateway rather than in an interface, and a contract somebody’s procurement can sign.

Three seats are in the price, and a fourth is $3 — the same rate as the three, so the price of a seat never moves with how many you hold. Prorated to the day in both directions.

The parts of this that cost us money are dimensioned around one organisation — how many people, how much capacity, how long the audit has to be kept, how much of your security review lands on us — so there is no single figure that would be true of all of them, and we would rather say that than print one and renegotiate it.

Free is not a trial: it does not expire, it is not time-boxed, and nothing installed on it stops working. What Free does not carry is the two things whose cost grows with your traffic rather than with ours — the call log and the audit record — and a workload: the ceiling is set where trying the product never reaches it and a script pointed at it does. Support and directory integration are the two rows where a paid plan is deliberately better, and both are rows above rather than omissions.
