Google Search Console integration for Model Context Protocol (MCP)
AppTierList is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Ranked iPhone app lists by use case (S to F) from public App Store data. Read-only, no key.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http apptierlist-mcp https://apptierlist.com/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# list_categories, get_category, get_app and 8 more
AppTierList costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http apptierlist-mcp https://apptierlist.com/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
11 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.
Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Every ranked category (product type): slug, title, section, parent, how many apps are tiered, its #1 app, ranking_status (ranked; under_review: fewer than 6 apps checked against it yet; too_few: fewer than 6 apps in it at all; either way no ranking and no #1) and under_review_count (apps listed but not checked yet). Use the slug with get_category. verbose=true adds each definition, excludes, count
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| status | string | no | — |
| verbose | boolean | no | include definitions, excludes, counts and URLs |
The tier list for one category: members in order with tier, score, the score components, per-store search ranks, membership status (active), confidence (normal|provisional), maker verification, freshness. Each ranked member carries a compact app (name, one-liner, price, rating, links); unranked and under_review entries carry a smaller one (name, rating, links). Full details of any app are at its a
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | category slug from list_categories |
| limit | integer | no | max members to return (default 20; 40 is the whole tiered set) |
One app by slug or App Store id: App Store facts, generated summary, every category membership with tier/score/status/confidence and review_status (checked, or under_review: not checked against that category yet, so tier and position are null) and list_ranking_status (the category's own ranking_status: tier and position are null unless it is ranked), main_list (the list slug of the app's main job:
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |

| key | string | yes | app slug or numeric app_store_id |
Find categories by name or definition and apps by name, word by word: 'best free ai companion', 'apps like calm' (the categories Calm is ranked in), 'chat gpt'. Filler words (best, free, app, like) are ignored. Returns summaries with compact apps; follow up with get_category or get_app. When nothing matches every word, the categories matching some of them come back with a hint.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | yes | free text, e.g. 'ai girlfriend', 'period tracker', 'apps like calm' |
| limit | integer | no | max results per kind (default 20) |
| made_for_iphone_duo | boolean | no | true: only apps with Apple's Made for iPhone Duo badge (iPhone Duo screenshots on the listing), best tier first, then most rated; query may be empty to list them all, and no categories come back |
Why an app sits where it does: score components per category, per-store search ranks, every judge verdict (with reason, whether it is current for the app's present listing and the category's present definition), and the app's change history. An app whose missing_since is set is no longer on the App Store: do not recommend it or send anyone to its store_url.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| key | string | yes | app slug or numeric app_store_id |
| list | string | no | optional category slug to restrict to |
Apps that do the same job as the given app, in three groups: most_similar (S to C tier; apps that also sit in more of this app's other categories first, then the same App Store genre, then tier), top_rated (the category's own order) and best_free (free to download, in-app purchases allowed); each app in one group at most, every one with why it is there (shared_lists, same_genre, free). all lists e

| key | string | yes | app slug or numeric app_store_id |
| limit | integer | no | max apps in all (default 20) |
Side-by-side tier, position, score and components for two or more apps in one category (or in every category they share when list is omitted). An app with review_status under_review is not checked against that category yet: no tier, no position. Never compares positions across different categories.

| list | string | no | category slug; omitted = every category all the apps share |
Append-only history: memberships added/removed, tier changes, categories created/activated/archived, apps discovered/missing. Newest first (by time, then id); page with cursor. To poll for new events use after_id instead: events whose seq is greater than after_id, oldest first by seq, each with its seq, and next_after_id (the last seq) to send next time (start at 0); seq is the order events became
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| since | string | no | ISO-8601 timestamp. Events: only changes after this exact instant. summary: rounded down to its UTC day, within the last 31 days |
| list | string | no | category slug |
| kind | string | no | one change kind (not with summary) |
| limit | integer | no | default 100 (not with summary) |
| cursor | integer | no | next_cursor from the previous page (not with summary) |
| after_id | integer | no | polling: events whose seq is greater than this, oldest first by seq; send next_after_id from the previous answer, 0 to start (not with since, cursor or summary) |
| summary | boolean | no | true: a per-category digest of the window instead of raw events |
Is the data being maintained: per-job last success and next due time, provider cool-downs, invariant check status, counts of pending judgments, stale apps, and public_unchecked (memberships shown as under review, expected to fall to 0).
No parameter schema on file.
Search categories and apps; returns results with an id to pass to fetch (list:<slug> for a category's ranking, app:<slug> for an app), a title and a URL. Same matching as search_apps; when no category matched every word, a hint says the categories match only some of them.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | yes | free text, e.g. 'best vpn' or 'apps like calm' |
One document by the id search returned: list:<slug> is the category's ranking (compact members), app:<slug> the app's full record. text holds the record as JSON.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| id | string | yes | list:<slug> or app:<slug>, from search |
- Every tool — any call limit is its publisher’s, not ours
- No card, and mcprush charges nothing for it
- Runs at its publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path
- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |
|---|
Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install AppTierList or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
| Term | Level | What it prices | Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| capability-exposure | minimal | capability blast radius (minimal) — client exposure if the model is manipulated | −0 |
| coverage-honesty | manifest | inspection depth (manifest) — how much of the target the scan could see | −4 |
What the scan could actually read
A grade is only as meaningful as its coverage, so the scanner publishes its own depth before it publishes its result.
The scan read each tool’s name, description, input schema and annotations exactly as the server listed them the last time it answered us; no code was reviewed. We ask the server again about once a month, and a list that changed is graded again.
The implementation source was not read — this reflects the declared tool metadata only.
Capability — what it could do if the model were manipulated
Tags derived from each tool’s schema and the implementation, not from what the tool calls itself. minimal is the level these add up to.

Toxic-flow graph
The lethal trifecta, checked as a graph rather than as a checklist: untrusted input, a sensitive source and an external sink have to meet before there is a path worth worrying about.
The public result for this release does not print the flow graph, so there is nothing to show here. That is not the same as "no paths were found": what the scan did read is above, under coverage.
Supply chain and provenance
This is the first scan of this surface here, so there is nothing yet to compare it against.
Every result on this tab comes from one deterministic pass over the published package — offline, rule by rule, and auditable line by line above. Same methodology version, same bytes, same score.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.0.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish AppTierList can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
