Billing details and payment

Stripe collects a card on this page once there is an account to attach it to. Neither a card number nor a bank login ever reaches mcprush, and nothing is charged before you press the button.

The card is asked for after the account is, because it is the account a card is attached to. Nothing on this page is charged until both exist.

An install belongs to an account: it is what holds the connection, the budget cap and the invoice. Creating one takes a minute and this order is waiting when you come back.
