Nothing to pay
Everything selected is free or already yours, so this order does not touch a card. It is here so the page reads the same either way.
Install it
An install belongs to an account: it is what holds the connection, the budget cap and the invoice. Creating one takes a minute and this order is waiting when you come back.
You will come straight back here.
Prefer the command line? It installs 4 items of the 10 and asks the same questions in the terminal; the rest are paid, or run from their own source, and their lines are on the receipt.
