Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
Craft Quantities: construction material calculators is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Construction quantities from cited calculators, takeoffs, a planner and house drawings. No prices.

Searches the site's construction pages for a question in everyday words, such as how much concrete or tile a job needs, and returns the matching pages: id, kind, title, link, description and slug. It finds; it computes nothing.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | yes | What to find, such as "concrete slab" or "skirting board". |
| limit | integer | no | — |
| kinds | array | no | Only these kinds of result; every kind when left out. |
Returns the full text of one Craft Quantities page, identified by its id: what the page works out, its inputs or measurements with units and opening values, and its sources.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| id | string | yes | A page id, such as calculator:concrete-calculator, takeoff:concrete-slab or diagnosis:drain-gurgles. |
Returns the input fields of one calculator, identified by its slug: each field's id, label, accepted units, range and default value in metric and US units, with the calculator's version, page and citation. It computes nothing.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | The calculator's slug, such as concrete-calculator. |
| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Computes the result of one calculator, identified by its slug, from the input values given: the amount of material a job needs, such as the bags of concrete for a slab or the sheets of drywall for a room, counted in bags, sheets, studs, tiles, litres, gallons, cubic yards or m³. Returns it in metric and US units with the inputs used, sources, a citation and the page link. No prices.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | The calculator's slug, such as concrete-calculator. |
| inputs | object | no | The calculator's input values, by input id (an unknown id is refused with the accepted ids). A length, area, volume or other measured input takes "12 ft", "3.5 m", "8' 3 1/2\"" or {"value": 12, "unit" |
| system | string | no | The unit system inputs left out open in, and the one the page link opens in. The answer comes in both. |
| market | string | no | Optional. A market whose own opening choice some inputs take (a UK reader's code, an IEC motor), and whose currency symbol prints the caller's own money figures. |
| inputUnits | string | no | Send "base" to pass bare numbers on dimensioned inputs in base units (m, m², L, kg …), as the published test vectors are written. Without it a length, area or volume must carry its unit. |
| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Converts one value from one unit to another, for example 2 m³ to cubic yards, with the exact factor the site's calculators apply, and returns the converted value and the factor.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| value | number | yes | — |
| from | string | yes | — |
| to | string | yes | — |
| dimension | string | no | Only where a unit names more than one kind of quantity. |
| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Where does a figure come from, and how is it cited? Returns a calculator's sources as it cites them, the codes and standards they name, the site's standards pages, and a citation in plain, APA, Harvard and BibTeX. It adds no source the calculator does not cite.

The answer comes in both. |

| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Works one whole-job takeoff, identified by its id, from the measurements given: the materials list of a job such as a slab or a deck, each line from its own calculator, with what to order, waste allowances, metric and US units, labour hours (not a price), what is not counted, a citation and the page link. It does not size structure.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |

Is a builder's quote right on quantities? Reads a contractor's quote (pasted text) against the reader's own job and returns each quoted quantity against the range the job's calculators give, the lines it leaves out or adds, and the questions to ask. Matches one building defect described in plain words, such as a crack, a damp patch, a water leak or a tripping breaker, to the site's diagnosis pages, and returns the candidate causes, what tells them apart, the checks in order and when to call a professional; ambiguous words return candidates. It does not say which cause it is.

|---|---|---|---|
| page | string | no | A Solve Backwards page's slug, such as wall-paint, drywall-sheets, bricks, concrete-bags, ready-mix-concrete. |
| query | string | no | Or what the reader has, in words ("sheets of drywall", "bags of concrete"), when the slug is not known. |

| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Finds which family of building codes or standards governs one kind of work in one market (US, Canada, UK or Australia, or a country mapped to one), who publishes it and the site's standards page. It does not say which edition is in force: adoption is local, and the answer names who decides.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| market | string | yes | US, CA, UK, AU or INTL — or a country's name ("England", "Canada"); a country the site has no market for answers as INTL. |
| subject | string | no | The work, in words: "kitchen wiring", "stair handrails", "gas boiler flue". |
| calculator | string | no | Or a calculator's slug: the subjects its own sources name. |
| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Translates one building-trade word between US, Canadian, UK and Australian usage, such as plasterboard (drywall in the US): the concept, each market's word, how close each is, and a false-friend warning where the same word means something else, with the glossary page. Words only: no figures.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| term | string | yes | A trade word or phrase as one market says it: "plasterboard", "casing", "skirting", "eavestrough". |
| from | string | no | The market whose word it is, where known. |
| to | string | no | The market to say it in. |
| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |
Creates a request for quote from a materials list or bill of materials (the lines of a takeoff, house, plan or calculation, or the reader's own): Markdown to paste, a CSV, the site's link a merchant opens to price it, and a My Project file. It carries no price and sends nothing to anyone.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| items | array | yes | — |
| project | string | no | The project's name, as the merchants will see it. |
| currency | string | no | The currency prices are asked in; left out, the market's. |

| note | string | no | A note to the merchants: delivery address area, dates, access. |
| detail | string | no | full (the default): the whole answer. summary: the result lines, the citation line and the page only — fewer tokens to read. |

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Craft Quantities: construction material calculators or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.3.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Craft Quantities: construction material calculators can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
