Nothing to run from here
DaedalMap Tornado Events is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.

What it does
US tornado events 1950-present from the NOAA Storm Prediction Center: EF rating, tracks, damage.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http daedalmap-tornado-events-mcp https://app.daedalmap.com/mcp/tornadoes
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# get_tool_help, get_catalog, get_pack and 2 more
DaedalMap Tornado Events costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.

Installation
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
Claude Codedeclared by this listing
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http daedalmap-tornado-events-mcp https://app.daedalmap.com/mcp/tornadoesReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
Free on mcprush, and it answers at its publisher’s own address: this marketplace is not in the path, so there is no key of ours to hold and no card to add.
What it writes
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
What you approve
5 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.
Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Describe one tool visible on this facade, including its exact contract, or return a bounded workflow overview for one supported topic.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| tool_name | string | no | Exact tool name from tools/list. Do not combine with topic. |
| topic | string | no | Workflow overview. Do not combine with tool_name. |
| question | string | no | Optional question used only with a topic overview. |
Discover data packs or geometry families progressively: lite selection, full metric/query inventory, or a raw catalog download URL. Choose one result and call get_pack next. Current catalog: The same geography tools work worldwide across a cataloged baseline of 252 geographic entities, reaching up to Admin 2. Where additional country releases are available, the same calls automatically return deep
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| catalog | string | no | Catalog family. The geography facade defaults to geometry; other facades default to data. |
| detail | string | no | Use lite to select a pack, full for expanded metric/query inventories, or download for the complete raw catalog URL. |
| country_scope | string | no | Optional ISO3 focus for catalog='geometry' with detail='lite'. |
| loc_id | string | no | Optional DaedalMap loc_id for catalog='data'. Combine with time_range to discover packs confirmed for both place and time. For place details without pack filtering, use get_loc_id_info. |
| time_range | object | no | Optional inclusive discovery window for catalog='data'. At least one bound is required. |
Inspect one selected data pack or geometry family progressively: lite starter contract, full MCP query metadata, or a raw metadata download URL. Use its next_step to retrieve data or call the preferred geometry tool.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| catalog | string | no | Metadata family. When omitted, geometry facades default to geometry and known geometry-family ids are inferred; all other calls default to data. |
| pack_id | string | yes | Pack identifier from get_catalog. Newly catalog-admitted packs require no MCP schema change. |
| detail | string | no | Use lite to decide and start, full for detailed MCP query metadata, or download for the complete raw metadata file. |
| country_scope | string | no | Optional ISO3 country for a geometry family. Omit it to learn which countries publish the family; provide it for country-specific versions, vintages, levels, and artifacts. |
| release_unit | string | no | Optional non-country geometry release unit such as GLOBAL or MARINE. Do not combine with country_scope. |
Retrieve one exact disaster event and explicitly requested relationships, affected places, native observations, or geometry. Use get_data to obtain the stable event_id first.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| event_id | string | yes | Exact stable event_id returned by a disaster-pack get_data row. |
| pack_id | string | no | Optional disaster pack hint. Recommended when known to avoid probing unrelated event sources. |
| include | array | no | Optional companion layers. Omit for the lightweight event summary. Geometry is never returned implicitly. |
| relationship_depth | integer | no | Bounded cross-hazard traversal depth when relationships is included. |
| geometry_mode | string | no | current returns the representative/current shape; timeline returns bounded progression frames where supported. |
| limit | integer | no | Per-section ceiling for relationships, affected places, observations, or geometry frames. |
| request_id | string | no | Optional caller-supplied request id for tracing. |
Retrieve rows from one selected published data pack using exact metrics, loc_id-based region filters, time/metric filters, sorting, and a row limit. Disaster event rows include stable event_id values for get_event drill-down. A parent administrative loc_id selects matching descendant rows at the pack's published grain. Call get_pack first; geometry families use their focused next-step tools.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| request_id | string | no | Optional caller-supplied request id for tracing and idempotency. |
| pack_id | string | yes | Pack identifier from get_catalog. Newly catalog-admitted packs require no MCP schema change. |
| metrics | array | yes | Exact metric ids from get_pack. Use event_count for aggregate counts only when get_pack publishes it. |
| filters | object | yes | — |
| sort | no | Sort by a sortable field from get_pack; direction defaults to asc. | |
| limit | integer | no | Maximum number of rows to return for the requested source or pack. |
| output | object | no | Optional response controls. v1 supports rows only. |

—Grade not published
No rule-by-rule report on file for this release
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither: the repository linked on this page is where this record was collected from, not a copy of what the address serves, so it is not graded in its place. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.

This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.0.1.

Who can review
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.

Any signed-in account that does not publish DaedalMap Tornado Events can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
No reviews yet
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
