Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
Expat Living Italy is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Sourced data on Italy's ~7,900 comuni for people relocating or retiring there.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http expat-living-italy-mcp https://www.expatliving.it/api/v1/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# get_comune, search_comuni, find_comuni and 8 more
Expat Living Italy costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http expat-living-italy-mcp https://www.expatliving.it/api/v1/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
11 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

One Italian comune's population, foreign residents by citizenship, property purchase/rent price, price-to-rent, verified tax-regime eligibility, its province's rollup, layers (climate, air quality, crime, healthcare quality, age, population change and every other Italy-map layer) and provinceWellbeing (ISTAT BES indicators, polarity-aware percentiles) — looked up by 6-digit ISTAT code. |---|---|---|---|
| istatCode | string | yes | 6-digit ISTAT comune code, e.g. 075029. |
Look up Italian comuni by name (case- and accent-insensitive, partial names work) and get each one's 6-digit ISTAT code, province and region — the code get_comune needs. Returns identifiers only, no figures. Several comuni share a name; check the province before choosing.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| q | string | yes | A comune name or part of one, accents optional — e.g. "Introdacqua" or "reggio". |
| limit | integer | no | How many matches to return, 1–25. Default 10. |
Which Italian comuni match: region, province, population range, purchase-price and rent ranges (OMI), population change 2019–2025, and/or the verified comuni of a tax regime. Paged (max 100) and sortable. A comune with no price, rent or population-change figure is left out of the filter on it and COUNTED in missingData — never treated as cheap, free or stable; say how many were left out. The tax

One Italian province (two-letter code such as AQ, or its slug — a comune's provinceCode): population, OMI prices, foreign residents by citizenship (citizenship, not birthplace), ALL ISTAT BES well-being indicators with polarity-aware percentiles among provinces (no composite score), every province- and region-grain map layer, and how much of the province meets each verified tax regime (places, n

|---|---|---|---|
| code | string | yes | A province's two-letter code, e.g. "AQ", or its slug, e.g. "l-aquila". Find it in a comune's provinceCode. |
For one tracked citizenship (ISO-2 code such as US, GB, DE): the comuni, provinces and regions where its holders concentrate, with counts and shares. It is CITIZENSHIP, not birthplace — foreign-born Italian citizens are not counted — and it carries small-number caveats: the comune ranking skips places under 1,000 residents by default and flags rows under 30 residents (smallNumber). A comune with

|---|---|---|---|
| cc | string | yes | ISO-2 citizenship code of one of the citizenships this site tracks, e.g. "US". |
| limit | integer | no | How many comuni and provinces to list, 1–50. Default 10. |
| minPopulation | integer | no | Smallest comune, in residents, that may appear in the comune ranking. Default 1,000: in a village of sixty, four foreign residents is not a finding. Lowering it lets tiny places top the ranking. |
| rankBy | string | no | share: residents with this citizenship as a fraction of the comune's population. count: absolute numbers. |
For every dataset: how many places it covers, out of how many at its grain, plus the source's own coverage caveat. Pass dataset (a slug from list_datasets) to list the places that dataset lacks, with the gaps by region. Use it before telling anyone data does not exist for a place, and to explain a null. Missing means no figure, never a zero. Keys a source publishes that match no current place (a

| dataset | string | no | A dataset slug from /datasets. Omit it for the summary of every dataset; pass it to list the places that dataset lacks. |
| limit | integer | no | Missing places per page when dataset is given, 1–100. Default 50. |
| offset | integer | no | Missing places to skip, for the next page. |
The catalog: each dataset's source institution, vintage (the period it describes), geographic grain, license, the expatliving.it page that presents it, and whether it is servable (false = still an unverified draft; never quote its values). Use it to say what data exists and where a reader can see it.
No parameter schema on file.
Each regime's status (verified or draft), whether it depends on place (geographic) or on the person, its legislation, population ceiling and how many comuni meet its verified criteria. Places, not people: not tax advice.
No parameter schema on file.
For one regime slug (from list_tax_regimes) and one 6-digit ISTAT code (from search_comuni): qualifies, does_not_qualify or not_assessable, with a one-sentence reason to quote. not_assessable is never a no. This is about the place only; say so, and never present it as whether a person qualifies or as tax advice.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | A regime slug from /tax/regimes, e.g. "regime-7-percent-pensioners". |
| comune | string | yes | 6-digit ISTAT comune code. Find it with /comuni?q=. |

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Expat Living Italy or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.2.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Expat Living Italy can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
