Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for freee API integration
Filingpulse is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Hosted SEC EDGAR filings: Form 4 insider trades, 8-K events, S-1/IPO registrations. Read-only.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http filingpulse-mcp https://mcp.filingpulse.io/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# get_insider_trades, get_insider_filing, get_corporate_events and 4 more
Filingpulse costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http filingpulse-mcp https://mcp.filingpulse.io/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
7 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

List normalized SEC insider ownership filings (Form 4 transactions, plus Form 3 initial statements and Form 5 annual statements — 3/5 live-forward since 2026-09-23), newest first: non-derivative and derivative transaction legs, holdings, owner roles (director/officer/10% owner), footnotes, and amendment (/A) links. Numeric values are strings exactly as filed; every object carries 'accession' and '
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ticker | string | no | Issuer ticker symbol as filed, e.g. KMI. Case-insensitive exact match. |
| cik | string | no | SEC CIK number, digits only (leading zeros optional). |
| owner_cik | string | no | Reporting owner (insider) CIK, digits only — one person or entity's filings across every issuer. Owner CIKs appear in each filing's reporting_owners[]. |
| form_type | string | no | 3 = initial ownership, 4 = transactions, 5 = annual statement; /A = amendment. Forms 3/5 are live-forward since 2026-09-23. |
| since | string | no | Only filings filed on/after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| until | string | no | Only filings filed on/before this date (YYYY-MM-DD) — with since, a fixed reproducible window. |
| limit | integer | no | Rows to return (max 25 on this endpoint). |
| offset | integer | no | Rows to skip — page through 'total' with limit+offset. |
Fetch one insider ownership filing (Form 3/4/5) by SEC accession number (e.g. 0001653558-26-000110), with all transaction legs, holdings, and footnotes.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| accession | string | yes | SEC accession number — dashed (0001653558-26-000110) or dashless archive-URL form, both accepted. |
List SEC 8-K corporate events classified by official item code, newest first — e.g. 2.02 results of operations, 5.02 executive/director changes, 1.01 material agreements, 7.01 Reg FD. Filter by item code, issuer ticker or CIK, or since-date. Returns a {data, total, limit, offset} envelope.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| item | string | no | Official 8-K item code, e.g. 2.02 or 5.02. |
| ticker | string | no | Issuer ticker symbol, e.g. KMI. 8-K headers carry no ticker, so it is resolved to a CIK via this dataset's Form 4 filings — an issuer with no Form 4 yet needs 'cik' instead. |
| cik | string | no | SEC CIK number, digits only (leading zeros optional). |
| since | string | no | Only filings filed on/after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| until | string | no | Only filings filed on/before this date (YYYY-MM-DD) — with since, a fixed reproducible window. |
| limit | integer | no | Rows to return (max 25 on this endpoint). |
| offset | integer | no | Rows to skip — page through 'total' with limit+offset. |
List S-1/F-1 registration lifecycle events, newest first: registration statements, amendments, notices of effectiveness, and priced prospectuses (424B1/424B4), threaded across stages by SEC file number (e.g. 333-297472). Issuer objects include SIC code, state of incorporation, and former names. Coverage is live-forward since 2026-08-01. Returns a {data, total, limit, offset} envelope.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| stage | string | no | Lifecycle stage to filter on. |
| form_type | string | no | — |
| cik | string | no | SEC CIK number, digits only (leading zeros optional). |
| file_number | string | no | SEC file number, e.g. 333-297472 — follows one offering across stages. |
| since | string | no | Only filings filed on/after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| until | string | no | Only filings filed on/before this date (YYYY-MM-DD) — with since, a fixed reproducible window. |
| limit | integer | no | Rows to return (max 25 on this endpoint). |

- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |
|---|
Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Filingpulse or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 0.1.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Filingpulse can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
