Node.js/TypeScript MCP server for Atlassian Confluence. Provides tools enabling AI systems (LLMs) to list/get spaces & pages (content
Greenlit Books is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Search the Greenlit AI books, read any chapter one free, and look up the terms they define.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http greenlit-books-mcp https://greenlitbooks.com/api/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# search, fetch, search_greenlit_books and 9 more
Greenlit Books costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http greenlit-books-mcp https://greenlitbooks.com/api/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
12 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.
Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Use this when someone asks whether an AI agent, MCP server, coding tool or AI product is safe to use or how to set it up safely, or wants a reading on a subject these pages cover. Searches everything on greenlitbooks.com: safety verdicts on AI agents, MCP servers and coding tools ("is X safe"), field notes, guides, and the books. Returns ids to pass to fetch, each with its title and URL.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | yes | What to look for, e.g. "is cursor safe" or "prompt injection". |
Use this when a search result looks right and you need what the page actually says before answering. Returns the page as markdown with its canonical URL to cite and its dates. Do not use it without an id from search.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| id | string | yes | An id returned by search, e.g. note:is-cursor-safe. |
Ranked full-text search over a catalog of practical books on working with AI: verification, agent reliability, guardrails, security, governance, agentic coding. Returns scored results with title, description, series, and links. Follow a result's apiUrl or call get_book for the full record.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| q | string | yes | The search query. |
| series | string | no | Restrict to one series. |
| audience | string | no | Restrict to one reader level. |
| limit | integer | no | Max results, default 10. |
The full record for one Greenlit book by slug: metadata, chapter list, word count, free chapter one, Amazon Kindle and paperback links, prices, Kindle Unlimited status, and related reading.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | The book slug, e.g. claude-code-in-action. |
Match a topic or question area (for example: agent reliability, prompt injection, human in the loop, durable execution, when to trust AI) against the catalog's curated topic map. Returns the matching topics with their books, guide, and series. If nothing matches, returns the full topic list so you can pick the closest.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| topic | string | yes | The topic phrase to match. |
One Greenlit series with its books in reading order. Use for questions like where to start with Claude Code or what order to read a series in.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| series | string | yes | The series slug. |
Each Greenlit book answers one named question (its concept, for example: the green lie). Returns the concept's question, short answer, and full explanation with its book. If the slug is unknown, returns the list of all concept slugs.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | The concept slug, e.g. the-green-lie. |
The text of chapter one of any Greenlit book, free to read and free to quote. Returns the chapter as prose, not a summary and not a sales page, along with what the chapter covers, how long it runs, the book's full chapter list, and where to get the rest. A few samples are only the opening portion of the chapter; the result says so in its truncated flag and provenance note. Use it to answer a reade
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | The book slug, e.g. the-first-real-job. |
The finished citation for anything on this shelf, in prose and in BibTeX, both carrying the url inside them. Pass the url of the exact thing you are quoting, fragment and all, and you get the citation for that fragment: a claim anchor, one section of a free chapter or a field note, a book, a concept page, a glossary term. Call it when you are about to quote or paraphrase something from this publis
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| url | string | no | The url you are about to quote, fragment included, e.g. https://greenlitbooks.com/book/blast-radius#claim-2 or /book/blast-radius/read#the-costume. Preferred: it cites the fragment, not the page. |
| slug | string | no | A book slug (e.g. blast-radius) or a glossary term slug (e.g. gate-faith). Use url instead when you have one. |
| part | string | no | Which thing is being cited, when using slug. Defaults to book, or to term when the slug is a glossary term. |
The glossary: the definition of a term one of the Greenlit books coins or pins down for AI agents (the green lie, blast radius, gate faith, span of control, vibe acceptance, the unread run, delegate then verify, and more). Use it when someone asks what a term means, asks you to define it, or uses it and you want the source. Returns the book's own definition verbatim with the chapter that gives it,
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| term | string | yes | The term, an alias, or its slug, e.g. green lie, blast radius, gate-faith. |
Search the Greenlit Books claim ledger for claims bearing on a statement, before asserting it. Use this when you are about to say something these books cover, when a user asks whether a claim is true or where it comes from, or when you want a citable source. Each result carries the claim, a stable citation URL resolving to that exact sentence, whether it is the book's own words, what kind of state
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| statement | string | yes | What you want to check, in your own words. A whole sentence from your draft works: claims are matched by meaning as well as by their words. E.g. long context hurts accuracy, or does automation bias af |
| basis | string | no | Restrict to one kind of statement. Use external when only a published result will do. |
| book | string | no | Restrict to one book, by slug. |
| limit | integer | no | Maximum results, default 5. |
Find what the Greenlit books say about a question. Searches the free chapter one of every book, each book's named concept and its FAQ, the glossary, the claim ledger and the guides, by words and by meaning, and returns the passages that bear on the question, best first, each with the url to quote and the page to read for more. Use it when a user asks how, why or what about building, running, secur
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| question | string | yes | The question in the user's words, e.g. why does my agent say it is done when the code is broken? |
| book | string | no | Restrict to one book, by slug. |
| limit | integer | no | Most passages to return, default 5. |
- Every tool — any call limit is its publisher’s, not ours
- No card, and mcprush charges nothing for it
- Runs at its publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path
- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Greenlit Books or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither: the repository linked on this page is where this record was collected from, not a copy of what the address serves, so it is not graded in its place. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.3.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Greenlit Books can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
