Alpaca Trading API integration for Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Agent Offset Clearinghouse is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.

Agent Offset Clearinghouse costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http agent-offset-clearinghouse-mcp https://mcp.viridisconservation.com/offsets/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
19 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.
Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
List a conservation credit on the book. verification_ref (a D-Score / land-verification attestation) is REQUIRED — unverified credits cannot enter the book. To trade on the Verra network, pass registry="verra" with the VCS provenance (vcs_project_id, serial_number, vintage, methodology) so retirements are cross-referenceable on registry.verra.org.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| issuer | string | yes | — |
| project_id | string | yes | — |
| mass_g | integer | yes | — |
| price_minor_per_kg | integer | yes | — |
| verification_ref | string | yes | — |
| registry | string | no | — |
| vcs_project_id | string | no | — |
| vintage | string | no | — |
| serial_number | string | no | — |
| methodology | string | no | — |
Admin operation: remove a credit from the active fill path while retaining its listing and retirement history for audit. Idempotent for an already-delisted credit. Gateway state-change authentication is required.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| credit_id | string | yes | — |
| reason | string | yes | — |
The tradeable Verra VCS book: verified credits carrying genuine Verra provenance (project id + serial + vintage), cross-referenceable on registry.verra.org. Read-only. Every retirement nets the project 85% and Viridis the 15% marketplace take.
No parameter schema on file.
Generate the Verra-portal-ready retirement record(s) for a retirement made against Verra supply — VCS project id, serial, vintage, methodology, quantity (tCO2e), beneficiary, and the registry.verra.org cross-reference. Read-only. Submit these under the Viridis Verra account to finalize the on-registry retirement (portal today; auto-posts when Verra's transaction API is live).
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| purchase_id | string | yes | — |
| retirement_reason | string | no | — |
Retire mass_g of verified credits for a buyer: cheapest-first matching, exactly-once (idempotent on purchase_id), returns a content-addressed offset certificate with per-fill costs. Payment settles via escrow. dry_run=true previews the exact fills/cost without mutating the book.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| buyer | string | yes | — |
| purchase_id | string | yes | — |
| mass_g | integer | yes | — |
| dry_run | boolean | no | — |
Money-denominated offset purchase: retire the maximum cheapest-first verified mass whose exact cost fits inside budget_minor (never overspends). Built for callers whose restoration obligation is a currency amount — e.g. a revenue share accrued in a ledger. Idempotent on purchase_id; dry_run=true previews without mutating.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| buyer | string | yes | — |
| purchase_id | string | yes | — |
| budget_minor | integer | yes | — |
| dry_run | boolean | no | — |
Read-only cash-settlement summary for a buyer: the list + exact sums (purchases, mass_g, cost_minor) of their retirements, optionally since an ISO-8601 timestamp — the statement a human settles in one transfer.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| buyer | string | yes | — |
| since | string | no | — |
Buyer's carbon position: emitted (from agent-compute-ledger) minus retired. carbon_accountable == true when fully offset.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| buyer | string | yes | — |
| emitted_g | number | yes | — |
Verify an offset certificate: recompute its hash and check the ledger.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| certificate | object | yes | — |
The full credit book with per-credit and book-wide mass conservation totals.
No parameter schema on file.
Fetch a past purchase / offset certificate by id.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| purchase_id | string | yes | — |
x402-C C4 check: confirm a retirement (offset_ref = purchase_id) actually retires at least required_g grams of verified conservation credit — the check that lets a carbon receipt's neutrality claim be honored. Returns covered / retired_g / shortfall_g and the backing credits. Read-only.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| purchase_id | string | yes | — |
| required_g | integer | no | — |
Register a VERIFIED restoration project so retirements against its credits can be funded. verification_ref (D-Score / land-verification / registry id) is required — only verified conservation is funded. project_id is immutable once registered.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| project_id | string | yes | — |
| verification_ref | string | yes | — |
| name | string | no | — |
| location | string | no | — |
| methodology | string | no | — |
| beneficiary | string | no | — |
| registry_ref | string | no | — |
Supply-side disbursement ledger: how much each restoration project has earned from retirements and is owed (gross_proceeds_minor + retired_g). Pass a project_id for one project, else all. Read-only — the CEO settles the actual payout. This is what makes the clearinghouse fund restoration.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| project_id | string | no | — |
List all registered restoration projects with their metadata.
No parameter schema on file.
Automated disbursement preview: for each verified restoration project, splits its newly-accrued proceeds into the Viridis Conservation withhold (default 15%, seeds the software/business) and the project payout (85%). Read-only. Funded-but-unregistered projects are surfaced separately as pending_registration (can't pay an unverified project).
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| project_id | string | no | — |
Freeze the current disbursement schedule into a certified, tamper-evident batch (content-addressed, hash-chained). Idempotent on batch_id; only newly-accrued proceeds for verified projects are certified (never disbursed twice). This is the certified investment record the CEO executes the actual Stripe transfers against.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| batch_id | string | yes | — |
Recompute the disbursement certificate hash chain and confirm whole-book conservation of disbursed proceeds. Any party can audit disbursements.

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Agent Offset Clearinghouse or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
| Term | Level | What it prices | Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| capability-exposure | minimal | capability blast radius (minimal) — client exposure if the model is manipulated | −0 |
| coverage-honesty | manifest | inspection depth (manifest) — how much of the target the scan could see | −4 |
What the scan could actually read
A grade is only as meaningful as its coverage, so the scanner publishes its own depth before it publishes its result.
The scan read each tool’s name, description, input schema and annotations exactly as the server listed them the last time it answered us; no code was reviewed. We ask the server again about once a month, and a list that changed is graded again.
The implementation source was not read — this reflects the declared tool metadata only.

Toxic-flow graph
The lethal trifecta, checked as a graph rather than as a checklist: untrusted input, a sensitive source and an external sink have to meet before there is a path worth worrying about.
The public result for this release does not print the flow graph, so there is nothing to show here. That is not the same as "no paths were found": what the scan did read is above, under coverage.
Supply chain and provenance
This is the first scan of this surface here, so there is nothing yet to compare it against.
Every result on this tab comes from one deterministic pass over the published package — offline, rule by rule, and auditable line by line above. Same methodology version, same bytes, same score.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 0.6.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Agent Offset Clearinghouse can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
