Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
S-Bike Training Hub is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
A complete training coach your AI can talk to: free, open source and private.
S-Bike Training Hub runs on your own computer and connects your AI assistant to your training for cycling, running, swimming and lifting. Your assistant sets you up, reads your record and plans with you, using the data and guardrails a good coach would.
Install in one line (needs uv):
claude mcp add --scope user s-bike-hub -- uvx s-bike-training-hub@latest
Then say: "Set me up with S-Bike Training Hub." The server starts the hub app for you, and each start picks up the newest version. Claude Desktop: add {"mcpServers": {"s-bike-hub": {"command": "uvx", "args": ["s-bike-training-hub@latest"]}}} to its config.
What your assistant can do
- Set you up: your basics, a short health check, your sports, what you do now and what you're aiming for, one question at a time.
- Plan in two passes: a season of sessions toward your goal, then each coming week's workouts from how the last one went. Every change is a preview you approve first.
- Read the evidence: your weekly volume in each sport, efficiency against heart rate matched with similar sessions (with the day's temperature if you turn it on), and your check-ins and session reports.
- Respect your body: validated check-ins (Hooper, pain by site, CR-10, OSTRC). Holds come from what you report, not hard-coded rules.
- Train across sports: ERG and smart-bike control (tested on the Merach S29), run/walk and interval runs, swim sets, and lifting composed by joint groups.
- Keep your history: watch imports (COROS, Garmin and others), a training calendar, and body-region workload from every sport.
Private by design
Your training stays on your computer. Nothing is hosted. The only optional outside request is an air-temperature lookup you can turn on.
Free and MIT-licensed. Estimates are labelled as estimates; this is training support, not medical advice.
Quickstart
This one is not published to a package registry, so there is no one-line install: it is built and started the way its own source says.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. This one runs on your machine: your client starts S-Bike Training Hub as a process under your own user, with your files and your network, so the tool surface below is what it can do to your computer rather than to a server somewhere else. Its scan result is on the Security tab — read the surface before you approve it.

Preview calendar replacements or an evidence-supported capacity recalibration. Stores a six-hour review draft, without changing training records. Calendar changes replace all sessions on each specified uncompleted date in the next 14 days. Capacity target is running_block or lift_<region>;…
No parameter schema on file.
Apply the exact reviewed coaching draft after explicit athlete approval. Rejects stale state, forecast violations and unresolved restrictions. Read back get_coaching_review and the calendar; this never grants running clearance.
No parameter schema on file.
Read completion, partial completion, athlete cancellations and missed sessions separately from changes to prescribed targets. Finished days only. Baseline/revisions are tracked from first observation; earlier edits are unknown. Adherence does not establish fitness improvement.
No parameter schema on file.
The athlete's response to the plan, week by week: planned vs done minutes against their available time, each week's phase and shape (build, consolidation, peak_volume, peak_performance, taper, race), hard sessions, and every missed session with its reason. Read it before deciding whether to build,…
No parameter schema on file.
Record why a planned session didn't happen, in the athlete's words (busy, sick, sore, tired, travel, weather, other). Shown on their calendar and used when you plan the following weeks: illness or soreness argue for holding the build; busy weeks argue for a lighter, more realistic plan.

When the athlete says 'get my bike working' (or their bike won't connect to the hub): read the bike setup request they queued from the hub's welcome page - the bike's Bluetooth name, services, readable values and data packets captured while they pedaled - plus step-by-step instructions, safety…
No parameter schema on file.
Record the bike's data packets for a few seconds while the athlete pedals as you asked (e.g. label 'steady 60 rpm', then 'steady 90 rpm') so you can see which bytes follow cadence and power. Listen-only: nothing is sent to the bike. Tell the athlete what to do first.
No parameter schema on file.
Propose how the hub should talk to the bike: a profile (data, never code) in the profile_format from get_bike_setup_request. The hub validates it and decodes every captured packet with it, returning averages, ranges and warnings - fix warnings before checking.
No parameter schema on file.
Run the hub's guided check with the latest proposed profile: ~40 s while the athlete pedals steadily. It listens, then (if the profile has resistance control) nudges resistance up a few levels in small steps and back down, through the hub's safety rules. ONLY after telling the athlete to pedal…
No parameter schema on file.
Record what the athlete felt during the guided check, in their words: harder (the pedals got harder in the middle), no_change, or unsure.
No parameter schema on file.
Make the checked profile the hub's bike - only after the check passed, the athlete felt the resistance change, and they agree. share=true returns a pre-filled GitHub link so they can share the profile and the next owner of this bike needs no assistant (ask them first).
No parameter schema on file.
Read 1–14 days of saved workout prescriptions, actual completions, reports, phase context and projected load readings. Stable session IDs change when prescriptions change. Does not save or modify training.

Investigate a reading: implemented formula, constants, source hash, profile inputs, baseline, recorded contributors, planned doses and assumptions. Unknown is not zero; these models are provisional.
No parameter schema on file.
Review the single athlete running recovery time scale, rolling 42-calendar-day evidence, missing/confounded intervals, pooled candidate and validation limits. Read-only. Clean recovery needs feet/legs reports and delayed confirmation; a completed run during a hold is not clearance.
No parameter schema on file.
Record explicit delayed recovery 1–14 days after a completed, effort-reported session. good/difficult/uncertain are athlete reports, not inferred from silence. Does not change limits, holds or training.
No parameter schema on file.
Read estimated goal demands, observed sport exposure, gaps and unresolved symptoms. Optional demands previews a read-only scenario. Does not predict finish times, calibrate limits or save a program.
No parameter schema on file.
Read progression policy, recent decisions and unresolved localized symptoms before changing workloads. Does not change anything.
No parameter schema on file.
Read the saved macro program: goal, phases, weekly session counts and capacity notes, compact by default. detail=true returns the full phases (placements, review criteria), every week and the capacity review, which preview_program needs; phase=<label> returns one phase in full. Does not change…

Preview a draft and optionally compare three starter workload scenarios and forecasts. Does not save or replace the active program.
No parameter schema on file.
Save the exact reviewed preview by draft_id, only with athlete approval. A changed athlete state or expired draft is rejected; retries are idempotent while the draft remains available. Read back get_program and get_training_calendar afterward.

Save optional athlete-recalled times for drills in a linked planned swim. Split indices are zero based. Supply all desired drill splits; null clears a time. Preserves combined watch block measurements; never infer unreported times. Read get_activity_report first.

Preview swim distances, named sets, strokes, equipment, completion targets (6 to 8 minutes = goal 6, expected 8), send-off intervals and fixed rest. @ 1:10 is start-to-start timing, not 70 seconds rest. Does not schedule or record activity. Keep yards/meters explicit, clarify ambiguous sets, and…

Save an athlete-approved swim prescription after preview and current load/readiness review. Preserve completed sessions. With an import, visually compare the source, explain uncertainty, obtain approval, and set source_reviewed true. index edits one existing uncompleted swim instead of adding a…

Read the local experimental workload ledger: 3-day rates, 28-day exposure, dated regional indices, sport mix, and 90-day reported responses. Cardio metabolic estimates and nominal lifting work remain separate. No fatigue score, clearance, prescription or athlete-data write.

Read the plan's load outlook: recorded and projected 3-day rate, biggest day in the last 3 and 28-day load per day through the plan, phase targets (recovery 50-60% of the reference rate, taper 40-60%, build steps gated by reports), the reference basis (own 28 days, or a starting estimate for new…

Record the athlete's wearable starting estimates (VO2max, resting and maximum heart rate) for starting capacities before there is training history. Say where they came from (e.g. 'COROS fitness assessment').

Read open and recent bad-report re-checks: why each started (pain 5+, pain worse than last time, soreness well above usual), when the evening and morning re-checks are due, answers, outcome, and whether running is held or the next increase waits. Ask the athlete the due re-check questions.

Record the athlete's re-check answers: pain by site 0-10, stiffness 0-10, walking and stairs comfort (easy/some/hard), any red flags (sharp_bone_pain, swelling, limping, night_pain, numbness). Returns the outcome: settled, improving, step back, or stop and see a professional. Never diagnose.

Mark (or unmark) a library workout as remembered: the athlete's brain layer on top of the library. Everything in the library is already kept; remembered ones are the athlete's go-to choices.

Record the athlete's current body weight (from today, or 'from' YYYY-MM-DD). Earlier weights are kept as dated history, so past sessions' energy keeps the weight the athlete had then.

Preview the one-time back-fill that freezes each older report (daily/weekly check-in, workout report, lifting follow-up) with the 3-day rate and 28-day carried load it was made in. Rebuilt from activities before each record; marked rebuilt; no field is changed. Read-only.
No parameter schema on file.
Apply exactly the previewed report back-fill after the athlete approves it. Requires the preview token and approved=true; a changed ledger or record is rejected (preview again). Writes a receipt; idempotent.

Read the detailed rules for one kind of work before doing it: planning, capacity, rules, running, lifting, reports, checkins, workouts, races or work_rate (the server instructions list what each covers). Read once per conversation per topic.

- Every tool, no call limit
- No card, and mcprush charges nothing for it
- Source published under MIT
- Runs on your machine — nothing of it reaches our gateway
- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install S-Bike Training Hub or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
| Term | Level | What it prices | Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| capability-exposure | high | capability blast radius (high) — client exposure if the model is manipulated | −6 |
| verification-discount | repo | publisher verification (public source) — no provenance, but the source is public and inspectable | −1 |
| coverage-honesty | source | inspection depth (source) — how much of the target the scan could see | −0 |
What the scan could actually read
A grade is only as meaningful as its coverage, so the scanner publishes its own depth before it publishes its result.
No tools were enumerated, so prompt-injection, capability and toxic-flow analysis had no tool surface to inspect. To grade a package’s real runtime tools, scan the running server: --command "npx -y <package>".
Capability — what it could do if the model were manipulated
Tags derived from each tool’s schema and the implementation, not from what the tool calls itself. high is the level these add up to.
| Tool | Capability tags | Why the tag was assigned |

Toxic-flow graph
The lethal trifecta, checked as a graph rather than as a checklist: untrusted input, a sensitive source and an external sink have to meet before there is a path worth worrying about.
The public result for this release does not print the flow graph, so there is nothing to show here. That is not the same as "no paths were found": what the scan did read is above, under coverage.
Supply chain and provenance
This is the first scan of this surface here, so there is nothing yet to compare it against.
Every result on this tab comes from one deterministic pass over the published package — offline, rule by rule, and auditable line by line above. Same methodology version, same bytes, same score.
Release history
It installs from its repository rather than from a versioned package, so the command cannot be pinned to a release. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.12.0.
- Plan your season by hand on a day grid, let your own reports decide each day's training, and get lifting designed by muscle group, intensity and style; the assistant reads your training faster.
- Now installs in one line from PyPI, and your assistant can set you up from scratch, keep a health history and plan your season and each week.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish S-Bike Training Hub can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
