MCP server for interacting with your LINE Official Account
Desk is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Approved support answers, refund rules, and escalation limits for AI assistants, over MCP.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http desk-mcp https://desk-mcp-continuity2.vercel.app/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# list_support_desks, create_support_desk, save_approved_answer and 10 more
Desk costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http desk-mcp https://desk-mcp-continuity2.vercel.app/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
13 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
List this team's support desks. Use the returned id. Do not guess a desk.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| offset | integer | no | — |
Create a support desk when the user asks for a new policy home. Does not approve answers, refunds, features, or timelines.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| name | string | yes | — |
| description | string | no | — |
Store or revise an answer the user has explicitly approved. Identical retries keep the same revision. A changed answer requires expectedRevision from a previous read.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| topic | string | yes | — |
| question | string | yes | — |
| answer | string | yes | — |
| status | string | no | — |
| expectedRevision | integer | no | — |
Look up approved answers by topic, question, or answer text. An empty result means there is no approved answer. Draft for human review; do not invent one or promise the customer. Page with offset.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| query | string | no | — |
| offset | integer | no | — |
| includeRetired | boolean | no | — |
Store a refund rule the user has explicitly approved. matchTerms must name a specific situation. The word refund alone is not a rule. remedy is the only wording that may later be approved. decision ALLOW grants that wording. decision DENY refuses a refund and records the denial script.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| name | string | yes | — |
| matchTerms | array | yes | — |
| decision | string | yes | — |
| remedy | string | yes | — |
| windowDays | no | — | |
| status | string | no | — |
| expectedRevision | integer | no | — |
Read refund rules on a desk. Only APPROVED rules can authorize wording, and only through evaluate_commitment. Do not treat this list as permission to invent a refund.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| includeRetired | boolean | no | — |
Store the escalation limit the user has explicitly approved for one channel. maxTier must be on tierLadder. Promise flags default closed unless the user sets them true. A limit does not itself approve refund, feature, or timeline wording.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| name | string | yes | — |
| channel | string | yes | — |
| tierLadder | array | yes | — |
| maxTier | string | yes | — |
| allowRefundPromise | boolean | no | — |
| allowFeaturePromise | boolean | no | — |
| allowTimelinePromise | boolean | no | — |
| notes | string | no | — |
| status | string | no | — |
| expectedRevision | integer | no | — |
Read escalation limits. A channel with no APPROVED limit cannot promise a refund, feature, or timeline and cannot be given an invented escalation path.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| includeRetired | boolean | no | — |
Store a feature or timeline statement the user has explicitly approved. The statement is the only wording that can later pass evaluate_commitment. Do not save a date or a feature the user did not approve.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| kind | string | yes | — |
| name | string | yes | — |
| statement | string | yes | — |
| status | string | no | — |
| expectedRevision | integer | no | — |
Read approved feature and timeline statements. Listing them does not approve a different promise. Call evaluate_commitment with the exact wording before saying one.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| kind | string | no | — |
| includeRetired | boolean | no | — |
Decide whether a proposed refund, feature, or timeline is in the approved set. REFUSED means do not say it, do not invent a substitute, and draft for human review instead of promising the customer. APPROVED means sayOnly is the only permitted wording. Pass channel to also enforce the escalation limit.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| kind | string | yes | — |
| proposal | string | yes | — |
| channel | string | no | — |
Decide whether this channel may escalate or may promise a refund, feature, or timeline. REFUSED means do not escalate, do not invent a tier, and draft for human review instead of promising the customer. Permission to promise still requires evaluate_commitment for the exact wording.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| deskId | string | yes | — |
| channel | string | yes | — |
| action | string | yes | — |
| targetTier | string | no | — |
Retrieve selected approved answers for a customer question, plus the desk's approved refund rules, commitments, and escalation limits. This is evidence, not permission. A missing or RETIRED answer is not an invitation to invent one. Call evaluate_commitment before promising a refund, feature, or timeline. If tools fail or return gaps or REFUSED, draft for human review instead of promising the cust

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Desk or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither: the repository linked on this page is where this record was collected from, not a copy of what the address serves, so it is not graded in its place. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.0.3.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Desk can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
