What it does

执行 PR Flow(拉取请求流程)收尾:创建或同步 PR、等待 checks(检查)、执行 review gate(审查门禁)、合并并清理。

What this skill changes about the agent has not been set out here as a list. Its SKILL.md, shown below, says it in the author’s own words.

The skill itself

A skill is instructions the model reads, so you can see what you are getting: below is the start of its SKILL.md. The front matter loads with every session, the body loads when the skill triggers, and the whole file comes with the install.

6# PR Flow Complete
7
8## 边界
9
10会根据 .pr-flow/config.yaml 处理 PR 收尾。命令可能创建或同步 PR、等待 checks(检查)、执行 review gate(审查门禁)、合并 PR,并在合并后调用 cleanup(清理)。
11
12通常不创建本地提交,不强制推送,也不修改 MySpec(自有规格)任务;仅当已初始化的工具链身份变化时,自动提交受管的 .pr-flow/toolchain.json(工具链身份记录)和/或 .github/workflows/pr-flow-toolchain.yml(工具链工作流)。开发模式身份来自工具公开诊断的实现闭包和可由 CI(持续集成)检出的精确实现提交;源码工作树可以同时作为当前目标工作树。缺少可复现提交时,命令会在任何工具链文件或 PR 操作前安全停止。
13
14默认保留当前 worktree(工作树)。只有显式传入 --remove-worktree(删除工作树参数)时,才在合并和安全 cleanup(清理)完成后删除。工作树身份来自 Git worktree registration(Git 工作树登记),不依赖 main 名称、路径名或宿主:primary worktree(主工作树)收到该参数时不删除,完成后检出实际 target/base branch(目标/基础分支)的最新提交;registered linked non-primary worktree(已登记关联非主工作树)仅在 active Agent session(活跃代理会话)位于其中时保留在该提交的 detached HEAD(分离头),从外部调用该关联工作树仍删除。任何需要切换提交且 active cwd(活跃当前目录)在目标提交中不存在又未被 Git(版本管理)忽略时,必须在切换前停止。保留路径以 cleanup_complete(清理完成)和 active-session retention(活跃会话保留)作为成功终态,不留下 removeWorktreePending(工作树删除待处理)或外部 nextCommand(下一命令);任一路径都永不使用强制删除。若目标工作树由 Orca(工作区管理器)登记,命令优先使用 Orca(工作区管理器)的非强制删除;Orca(工作区管理器)未登记或不可用时回退 Git(版本管理)删除。已登记目标的 Orca(工作区管理器)删除失败时停止并保留诊断,不回退 Git(版本管理)删除。
15
16## 命令
17
21
22```bash
23python "<本技能安装目录>/../pr-flow/scripts/pr_flow.py" complete --project "<目标项目目录>" --summary "修复 PR Flow 创建空正文 PR" --scope "更新 complete、tweak、diagnose 和测试" --fixes 98

Why you can read it

Nothing in a skill executes. The client loads the text and the model follows it, so a skill can be audited the way a runbook is — by reading it.

What it costs in context

Skills are not billed by the call. They are paid for in context: every token the instructions occupy is a token your code, your diff and your conversation cannot use. Here is what this one takes and when it takes it.

≈30
always loaded
The name and description, so the model knows the skill exists and when to reach for it.
720
on trigger
The instruction body, read only when the skill fires.
0.38%
of a 200k window
Ten skills this size would take about 4% of the window before you open a file.
050k100k150k200k context window

750 tokens, estimated from the bundle at four bytes to the token, held for the rest of the session once it triggers. Small enough to keep loaded permanently without thinking about it.

Servers bill, skills cost

A server charges by the month. A skill charges once per session, in context, and then keeps charging it for as long as the session lives.

Before and after

The same question, put to the same model twice: once as it comes, and once with these instructions loaded.

No worked example has been published for this skill yet.

The procedure it runs

The procedure has not been set out here step by step. It is in the body of its SKILL.md: the start of it is shown above, and the whole file comes with the install.

Prose, not code

These steps are written for a model to follow, not executed by a runtime. It can still be told to skip one, and it will say so when it does.

Servers it uses

None. This skill calls no MCP servers at all.

Everything it needs is in the instructions, so it works in a project with nothing connected — the model reads the file and changes how it works with what it can already reach.

Its SKILL.md does not declare which tools it asks the agent for, so what it touches is whatever the instructions themselves ask for — read them before you install it.

What it asks for
Writes filesnot declared
Network accessnot declared

This SKILL.md carries no allowed-tools line, so neither is declared. A skill grants no permissions of its own — it can only ask for tools your client already has.

What it will not do

Every skill is narrow, and the useful ones say where they stop. These are the jobs this one is the wrong tool for.

What this skill is not for has not been published here. Nothing is implied by that: it is a section the author has not filled in.

What is in the bundle

1 file, 3.0 kB on disk. A bundle is text throughout: the instructions the model reads, plus the templates it fills in.

  • SKILL.md3.0 kB
What is not in it

No dependencies and nothing executable: a skill is text the agent reads, so the bundle is 1 file you can review in full before installing.

Install

Installing copies the bundle into your project. Nothing runs at install time — the files sit on disk until the model reads them.

# PR Flow Complete · 750 tokens when loaded · macOS, Linux mkdir -p .claude/skills && t=$(mktemp -d) && curl -fsSL -o "$t/bundle.tar.gz" https://mcprush.com/api/skills/pr-flow-complete/bundle.tar.gz && tar -xzf "$t/bundle.tar.gz" -C "$t" && [ -d "$t/pr-flow-complete" ] && { [ ! -e .claude/skills/pr-flow-complete ] || { mv .claude/skills/pr-flow-complete "$t/.previous" && echo "Previous copy moved to $t/.previous"; }; } && mv "$t/pr-flow-complete" .claude/skills/ && echo "Installed .claude/skills/pr-flow-complete"
On Windows, or any OS with Node 20+
npx mcprush@latest skill add liuli195/pr-flow-complete

Windows PowerShell says 'running scripts is disabled on this system'? Run Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser RemoteSigned once, or type npx.cmd instead of npx (codex.cmd, gemini.cmd, grok.cmd likewise). PowerShell 7 needs neither. Writes to .claude/skills/pr-flow-complete/ in the current project. For every project instead, run mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && t=$(mktemp -d) && curl -fsSL -o "$t/bundle.tar.gz" https://mcprush.com/api/skills/pr-flow-complete/bundle.tar.gz && tar -xzf "$t/bundle.tar.gz" -C "$t" && [ -d "$t/pr-flow-complete" ] && { [ ! -e ~/.claude/skills/pr-flow-complete ] || { mv ~/.claude/skills/pr-flow-complete "$t/.previous" && echo "Previous copy moved to $t/.previous"; }; } && mv "$t/pr-flow-complete" ~/.claude/skills/ && echo "Installed ~/.claude/skills/pr-flow-complete" (macOS, Linux) — or add --global to the npx line. The curl line replaces .claude/skills/pr-flow-complete/ only after the download succeeds, so files left there by another skill of the same name, or by an older release, do not mix in. A copy already there is moved aside, not deleted, and the line prints where.

Which clients pick it up on their own

A skill is a folder of text. Most of these read a skills folder and pick it up without being told; the rest take the same folder another way — an upload in the app, a parameter on an API call — and then choose it by its description just the same.

Versions

Its author publishes no version number, so there is nothing here to pin to: what you install is the folder as it stands today. Instructions change more often than APIs do — a skill can be rewritten entirely without anything it depends on moving.

Pinning

Nothing to pin to: this skill carries no version number of its own. What you install is what the folder holds on the day you install it.
