Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
Clarity by Health AI is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Condition-aware ingredient and product checks for agents, with evidence tiers and citations.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http clarity-by-health-ai-mcp https://mcp.healthai.com
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# check_ingredient, check_stack, find_alternatives and 6 more
Clarity by Health AI costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http clarity-by-health-ai-mcp https://mcp.healthai.comReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
9 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

Look up a cosmetic/food/supplement ingredient in Clarity's condition-aware database. Returns verdict, evidence tier (Gold/Silver/Bronze), and citation for a given condition lens. Pass lenses (array) instead of lens to check several conditions in ONE call (profile-shaped checking, e.g. a user who is pregnant AND has MCAS) — results then carry a per-lens breakdown under lenses{}. Every result
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| name | string | yes | Ingredient name, e.g. 'niacinamide' or 'aged cheddar cheese' |
| lens | string | no | Single condition lens |
| lenses | array | no | Multiple condition lenses in one call (anonymous max 3, keyed max 4); wins over lens when provided |
Audit a supplement/ingredient STACK in one call: per-item condition-lens verdicts (evidence-graded, cited where citations exist) PLUS every curated ingredient-to-ingredient interaction found WITHIN the stack (type, severity, mechanism, source). Use when a user takes multiple supplements together. Supports multi-lens via lenses. Absence of an interaction is NOT proof of safety — the curated set i
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ingredients | array | yes | 2-6 ingredient/supplement names anonymously (2-10 with a key), e.g. ['iron','calcium','quercetin'] |
| lens | string | no | Single condition lens |
| lenses | array | no | Multiple condition lenses in one call (anonymous max 2, keyed max 3); wins over lens when provided |
Find 2-3 safer swaps for a flagged product: same-category products that rate good/excellent on Clarity's general food/skincare quality score AND contain no ingredient flagged for the given condition lens. Seed by barcode (preferred — e.g. right after scan_barcode flags something) or product_name. Each alternative carries its score, ingredient-recognition coverage, and human_url. The score is a GEN
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| barcode | string | no | UPC/EAN of the product to swap away from (6-14 digits) |
| product_name | string | no | Product name to seed from when no barcode is available |
| lens | string | no | Condition lens for the ingredient screen |
| count | integer | no | How many alternatives to return (anonymous 1-2; keyed 1-3) |
Look up a cannabis or mushroom species/strain in Clarity's database. Returns verdict, evidence tier, PMID citation, and safety flags.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| species | string | yes | Species or strain name, e.g. 'Cannabis sativa' or 'Lion's Mane' |
Look up a product by barcode (Open Food Facts / Open Beauty Facts), match its ingredients against Clarity's database, return which ingredients are flagged for the given condition lens, AND flag any active FDA recall for the product (recall_flag + recalls[], sourced from FDA — verify via source_url). Anonymous calls are read-only: a local-mirror miss may query the public source but does not refresh
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| barcode | string | yes | UPC/EAN barcode, 6-14 digits |
| lens | string | no | Condition lens |
| persist_mirror | boolean | no | Authenticated callers only: explicitly allow one bounded live-result mirror refresh. |
| harvest_crosswalk | boolean | no | Authenticated callers only: explicitly allow bounded unmatched-token coverage logging. |
Fact-check a free-text health/safety claim against Clarity's human-curated, evidence-graded database. Given a statement (e.g. 'fenugreek is safe while breastfeeding') and a condition lens, returns whether Clarity's curated position supports / contradicts / does-not-cover it, plus any verified citation on file. Anonymous calls never write the review queue. An authenticated caller may explicitly opt
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| statement | string | yes | The health/safety claim to validate, e.g. 'niacinamide is safe during pregnancy'. Do not include personal information. |
| lens | string | no | Condition lens the claim is about |
| review_consent | boolean | no | Authenticated callers only: explicitly consent to a bounded, redacted uncovered-claim review signal. Ignored for anonymous calls. |
Check Clarity's curated ingredient-to-ingredient interaction database. Give one ingredient to list everything it interacts with (e.g. 'iron'), or two ingredients to check a specific pair (e.g. 'calcium' + 'iron'). Returns interaction_type, severity (Beneficial/Moderate/High), mechanism, clinical_note, source, and whether it affects lactation/infant/absorption. Queries both directions of the pair.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ingredient_a | string | yes | The ingredient to check, e.g. 'iron' or 'calcium' |
| ingredient_b | string | no | Optional second ingredient to check a specific pair. Omit to list all interactions for ingredient_a. |
Get Clarity's product quality score by barcode. Returns category-specific scores (food: nutrition/additive/processing/organic; skincare: irritation/allergen/endocrine/condition; supplement: transparency/safety/label_quality/complexity — dose transparency penalizes proprietary blends, safety flags high-risk botanicals) — these are DISTINCT and never merged — plus per-lens fit with match coverage. | barcode | string | yes | UPC/EAN barcode, 6-14 digits |
| category | string | no | Product category (omit for auto) |
| lens | string | no | Condition lens for per-lens fit |
Check whether a consumer product or brand has an FDA/consumer recall on file — supplements, food, cosmetics (NOT medical devices). Query by brand (primary), optionally narrow by product_name. Returns recall_flag, whether any active Class I (most serious) recall exists, and each matching record with classification, reason, date, status, and a source_url to verify. Recall data has no barcode, so

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |
|---|
Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Clarity by Health AI or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 0.7.8.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Clarity by Health AI can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
