MCP Server for Z.AI - A Model Context Protocol server that provides AI capabilities
MCPExplorer is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Search, vet & assemble MCP servers from your agent: verified tools, risk labels, and trust scores.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http mcpexplorer https://mcpexplorer.com/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# search_servers, get_server, get_capability and 11 more
MCPExplorer costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http mcpexplorer https://mcpexplorer.com/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
14 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.
Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Search the MCPExplorer index of MCP servers by free text and filters. Omit query to browse the whole index ranked by trust score. Every filter either applies or is echoed back in ignored_filters with a reason — filters never silently do nothing.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | no | Free-text query, e.g. 'send email' or 'postgres'. Omit to browse the full index ranked by trust. |
| official_status | string | no | Filter by provenance |
| transport | string | no | Filter by transport. Many servers are still 'unknown' (transport not yet probed by the crawler). |
| risk_level | string | no | Filter by tool risk. 'read-only' = has tools and none are write/destructive — the safe set to hand an autonomous agent. |
| capability | string | no | Filter to servers providing a capability slug, e.g. 'send-email'. An unknown slug is reported in ignored_filters, not silently dropped. |
| limit | integer | no | Max results (default 10) |
Fetch the full record for one MCP server by slug: install methods, tools, trust, verification, and provenance.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Server slug, e.g. 'github' |
List the best MCP servers that provide a capability (e.g. 'send-email', 'web-search'), ranked by trust.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Capability slug, e.g. 'send-email' |
Compare two MCP servers side by side: trust, transport, tools, install, and links.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| a | string | yes | First server slug |
| b | string | yes | Second server slug |
Generate the install + client config for an MCP server in a given runtime (claude-desktop, cursor, vscode, windsurf, cline, continue, goose, openai-agents, langgraph, crewai).
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Server slug |
| runtime | string | yes | Runtime slug, e.g. 'claude-desktop' |
Return the explainable trust score, label, scoring reasons, and verification history for an MCP server.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Server slug |
Find verified MCP servers with the same capabilities as a given server, ranked by trust.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Server slug |
List curated loadouts — deliberately-assembled kits of MCP servers + governance + plays for a specific job (GTM, coding, research, support, infra). The agent-facing version of the /loadouts product. Use get_loadout for the full kit with live trust.
No parameter schema on file.
Fetch one curated loadout: its servers (each with role + LIVE trust/transport/tool-risk from the index), an aggregated governance posture for the whole kit, and the plays (see→decide→act sequences) it's designed to run.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Loadout slug, e.g. 'gtm', 'coding', 'research' |
List the capability slugs an agent can filter or look up by (e.g. 'send-email', 'query-database'), most-populated first. Use these with get_capability or search_servers' capability filter — the taxonomy isn't guessable.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| limit | integer | no | Max capabilities (default 30) |
Live snapshot of the indexed MCP ecosystem: totals (servers, tools, handshake-verified), provenance and transport breakdowns, and the current top-trust / most-adopted / newest / biggest-trust-riser servers.
No parameter schema on file.
List the runtimes generate_runtime_config supports (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, agent frameworks, …), with each one's config path. Enumerate these instead of guessing runtime slugs.
No parameter schema on file.
Turn a plain-language goal into a recommended, governed toolset: the best-fit curated loadout (matched transparently by goal terms) plus an assembled set of the most relevant indexed servers, each with LIVE trust and tool-risk, and an aggregate governance posture for the kit. The decision layer over search/capability/trust/loadouts.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| goal | string | yes | What the agent should do, in plain language, e.g. 'triage support tickets and file bugs'. |
| risk_tolerance | string | no | 'read-only' restricts the assembled set to servers with no write/destructive tools — the safe set for an unsupervised agent. Default 'any'. |
| limit | integer | no | Max assembled servers (default 6). |
Report that an MCP server's install, docs, or endpoint is broken. Creates a submission for editorial review.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Server slug |
| detail | string | yes | What's broken (install fails, endpoint down, docs wrong, …) |
- Every tool — any call limit is its publisher’s, not ours
- No card, and mcprush charges nothing for it
- Runs at its publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path
- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |
|---|
Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install MCPExplorer or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither: the repository linked on this page is where this record was collected from, not a copy of what the address serves, so it is not graded in its place. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.0.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish MCPExplorer can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
