A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for interacting with Microsoft 365 and Office services through the Graph API
Consistency Calendar is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Turn any goal with a deadline into a private, gamified, evidence-based execution calendar.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http consistency-calendar-mcp https://consistencycalendar.com/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# list_templates, get_template_guide, validate_spec and 6 more
Consistency Calendar costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http consistency-calendar-mcp https://consistencycalendar.com/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
9 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.
Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Consistency Calendar (consistencycalendar.com) turns a goal with a deadline (race, exam, savings target, life event, project) into a private, gamified, evidence-based execution calendar the user ticks off daily. Call this first to see the available sprint templates. It is a general planning tool, not a medical, financial, or treatment service.
No parameter schema on file.
Get the coaching guide for one sprint template: the interview checklist (what to ask the user), evidence-based constraints the plan must respect, a SprintSpec skeleton to adapt, and hard decline criteria. Pass the user's goal in goal to also receive a goal-specific playbook (marathon, HYROX, Ironman, weight loss, exam season, certifications, language exams…).
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| template_id | string | yes | One of the ids from list_templates |
| goal | string | no | The user's goal in their words, e.g. "first marathon in April" — matches an expert playbook when available |
Validate a draft SprintSpec without creating anything. Returns machine-readable errors (fix and retry) and warnings (evidence-based advice — take them seriously).
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| spec | object | yes | The SprintSpec v1 JSON object |
Create a hosted Consistency Calendar from a validated SprintSpec. Returns the user's private calendar URL and an admin token for later revisions. Free; each calendar includes 2 free AI revisions.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| spec | object | yes | A SprintSpec v1 that passed validate_spec |
Read structured progress for a sprint calendar (execution %, streaks, missed sessions, metric vs guide, at-risk flags) so you can coach the user. Requires the calendar_id and admin_token from create_calendar.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| calendar_id | string | yes | — |
| admin_token | string | yes | — |
| today | string | no | User-local date YYYY-MM-DD; defaults to server UTC date |
Replace a calendar's plan with a revised SprintSpec (life happened: injury, moved exam, new constraints). The user's ticks, moves and habit history survive; only the template layer changes. First 2 revisions per calendar are free.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| calendar_id | string | yes | — |
| admin_token | string | yes | — |
| spec | object | yes | The full revised SprintSpec v1 |
| reason | string | no | One line on why, for the version history |
Attach a supporting text document to a calendar — a syllabus/curriculum, exam spec, training history, race info. Stored with the calendar so any future session can read it when revising the plan. Text only (paste text out of PDFs), max 5 docs × 200KB.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| calendar_id | string | yes | — |
| admin_token | string | yes | — |
| name | string | yes | Short document name, e.g. "AQA Biology GCSE spec" |
| content | string | yes | The full text content |
Read a document previously attached to a calendar (ids are listed in get_status under documents). Use when revising a plan so the new plan respects the syllabus/history the user provided.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| calendar_id | string | yes | — |
| admin_token | string | yes | — |
| doc_id | string | yes | — |
Create (or disable) a public read-only progress page for accountability: completion %, streak and countdown only — no session names, habit names or metric values. Free during early access.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| calendar_id | string | yes | — |
| admin_token | string | yes | — |
| disable | boolean | no | true to turn an existing share page off |
- Every tool — any call limit is its publisher’s, not ours
- No card, and mcprush charges nothing for it
- Runs at its publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path
- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |
|---|
Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Consistency Calendar or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither: the repository linked on this page is where this record was collected from, not a copy of what the address serves, so it is not graded in its place. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.0.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Consistency Calendar can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
