Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
Pandough is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Flour-first dough plans: yeast, hydration, schedule from flour you own. No API key for plan tools.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http pandough-mcp https://pandough.app/api/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# search_flours, get_flour_details, list_recipes and 4 more
Pandough costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http pandough-mcp https://pandough.app/api/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
7 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Search the Pandough flour database. Returns flour names, protein %, W strength, hydration ranges, and types. Use this to help users find the right flour for their bake.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | no | Search term (name, brand, or type) |
| tag | string | no | Filter by tag (e.g. 'pizza', 'bread', 'pastry') |
Get detailed information about a specific flour by its slug. Returns full profile including protein, W strength, hydration curve, maturation profiles, and description.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| slug | string | yes | Flour slug (e.g. 'caputo-pizzeria', 'manitoba-oro') |
List the dough recipe styles plan_bake supports. Call this when a user names a style (Neapolitan, classica, focaccia, bread, baguette) so you pass the correct recipeSlug instead of guessing — and so you never confuse a style word like 'classica' with a flour whose name contains it.

Create a bake plan with ingredient calculations. Returns exact ingredient amounts in grams, an auto-sized yeast amount, a fermentation schedule, dough warnings, and a calculator URL the user can open in Pandough with all parameters prefilled. Before calling this, gather the inputs that actually determine a good plan (skip any the user already volunteered): (1) Strongly ask which oven model they us
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| recipeSlug | string | yes | Recipe type slug. Supported: neapolitan-pizza, classica-pizza, focaccia, artisan-bread, baguette (call list_recipes for the full list). When the user names a style like 'classica', pass that style her |
| flourSlug | string | no | Flour slug from search_flours (e.g. 'caputo-pizzeria'). For a single flour. Mutually exclusive with flourBlend. |
| flourBlend | array | no | A weighted flour blend (2–5 flours summing to 100%), e.g. [{flourSlug:'caputo-pizzeria',percent:70},{flourSlug:'manitoba-oro',percent:30}]. Mutually exclusive with flourSlug. |
| hydrationPercent | number | no | Target hydration percentage (40–110) |
| servings | integer | no | Number of portions/pizzas (1–50, default: 4) |
| roomTempHours | number | no | Room-temperature fermentation hours (0–168). Pass BOTH this and fridgeTempHours to lock the split; naming only a total lets the engine choose. These hours are the bulk before the fridge: when the frid |
| fridgeTempHours | number | no | Cold fermentation hours (0–168). Pass BOTH this and roomTempHours to lock the split. A locked fridge leg above 0 is followed by a warm-up at room temperature (the recipe's final proof), shown as its o |
| stages | array | no | The full main-dough fermentation schedule as ordered stages (1–6), e.g. [{durationHours:1,tempCelsius:22},{durationHours:21,tempCelsius:4},{durationHours:2,tempCelsius:22}] for 1h at room temperature, |
| roomTempCelsius | number | no | The user's real kitchen temperature in °C (2–40). The single biggest driver of yeast amount and timing — ask the user for it. |
| fridgeTempCelsius | number | no | The user's real fridge temperature in °C (0–12). Ask the user for it when a cold ferment is involved. |
| ovenSlug | string | no | Exact oven model slug from search_ovens. Strongly preferred: the engine uses the model's real ceiling and oven class to adapt hydration and bake feasibility. Mutually exclusive with manual ovenType/ov |
| ovenType | string | no | Oven class for an unlisted model. Pass together with ovenMaxCelsius; prefer ovenSlug when search_ovens finds the model. |
| ovenMaxCelsius | number | no | The real maximum temperature in °C for an unlisted oven (100–600). This is what constrains hydration and bake time. |
| ovenMinCelsius | number | no | Optional minimum set temperature in °C for an unlisted oven. |
| bakeTime | string | no | Target bake time as an ISO 8601 datetime (e.g. '2026-06-10T18:00:00Z'). Must be in the future. |
| preferment | object | no | Plan the bake around a preferment (biga, poolish, tiga, sourdough…). The yeast figure returned accounts for it, and the calculator link opens with the build already set up. |
| locale | string | no | UI locale for the returned calculator link (e.g. 'en', 'pl', 'it'). Defaults to 'en'. |
Search the Pandough baking knowledge base for troubleshooting advice, technique guides, and flour science. Returns curated expert content about common baking issues.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| issue | string | yes | The baking issue or question (e.g. 'sticky dough', 'no oven spring', 'cold proof technique') |
Search the Pandough oven database. Returns oven specs (max temperature, type, fuel) plus recommended bake settings — top/deck heat, bake time, and deck material — computed for a Neapolitan pizza by the same heat engine the site uses.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| query | string | no | Search term (oven name, brand) |
| type | string | no | Oven type filter (e.g. 'pizza-oven', 'home-oven', 'outdoor') |
List the signed-in baker's scheduled and active bakes plus live temperature-sensor readings when a device is reporting. The first call prompts the chat app to authorize a Pandough account (OAuth scope bakes:read). Needs Pro (or cancelled-Pro). Returns ids, flour, hydration, schedule, a calculator session link, and probe temps (air around the dough, not dough core).

What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Pandough or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 1.0.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Pandough can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
