MCP server for interacting with your LINE Official Account
Patch is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
AI phone calls from your verified number, with answers, transcripts and recordings.
Quickstart
# 1 — add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http patch-mcp https://www.patchmcp.com/mcp
# 2 — ask your agent for something these tools do
# estimate_call, place_call, get_call and 4 more
Patch costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http patch-mcp https://www.patchmcp.com/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.
7 tools, with what each one reads, writes and reaches shown before you agree — the same list on every route above. Read the tool surface.

Check route availability, estimated one-minute usage, and remaining allowance before dialing. Calls in Central America, Europe, North America, and South America. Calls involving any non-US/Canadian number require a paid plan. Uses the verified caller ID and destination to price the route. Uses cached routing data or dialed prefixes without a paid lookup. Place the call FROM the authenticated user's own verified phone number to accomplish a specific objective (book a table, ask a question, chase an order). A real-time voice agent handles the call, including automated phone menus and hold queues. Its default opening says who it is calling for and states the call's purpose. Users can customize the introduction and conversation style under Account → C

|---|---|---|---|
| locale | string | no | Language the voice agent should use for the entire call, as a supported BCP 47 tag: fr, it, ru, pl, uk, ro, nl, or de (no regional variants), or a regional locale such as en-US (US English), es-MX (Me |
| callee_name | string | no | Who is being called, e.g. "Zuni Café". Improves the conversation and the logs. |
| context | string | no | Extra facts the agent may reveal if asked (e.g. party preferences, callback number policy). |
| objective | string | yes | What the call should achieve, with all needed specifics and acceptable fallbacks. E.g. "Book a table for 2 tonight at 19:30 under 'Iddo'. Acceptable window 19:00–20:30." |
| to | string | yes | Destination phone number in E.164, e.g. +14155551234. Supported: Central America, Europe, North America, and South America (Telnyx regions; Caribbean excluded). Destination country codes: BZ, CR, SV, |

Get the status and, once terminal, the structured resolution of a call started with place_call. Returns instantly by default. Pass wait_seconds (max 50) to have the server hold the request and return early on any status change — fewer round trips while a call is in progress. Terminal statuses: completed, no_answer, busy, voicemail, failed, rejected, canceled, declined_recording, opted_out. rejecte
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| call_id | string | yes | The id returned by place_call. |
| wait_seconds | integer | no | 0 (default) = instant status check. Up to 50 = server-side long-poll. |
List the authenticated user's recent calls, newest first, with statuses and outcomes. Useful to recover a lost call_id or review call history. Pass the returned next_cursor as cursor to fetch the next page of older calls. next_cursor is null when no older calls remain. Omit cursor to start at the newest calls. limit defaults to 20 (1–100) on every request.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| limit | integer | no | Max rows to return. Default 20. |
| cursor | string | no | Opaque next_cursor from a previous list_calls response. Omit for newest calls. |
Make a call owned by the authenticated user public or private. Calls are private by default. Only publish when the user explicitly asks: a public call exposes its objective, phone numbers, transcript, result and audio to anyone with its permanent, token-free listen_url, including live audio while in progress. Set is_public to false to disable token-free access again; existing private signed links
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |

| call_id | string | yes | The id of a call owned by this account. |
| is_public | boolean | yes | true publishes the call; false makes it private again. |
End an in-progress call early. The voice agent wraps up politely ("I'll let you go, thanks!") and hangs up; the call is force-terminated if wrap-up takes more than ~10 seconds. Use when the user changes their mind or the call is no longer needed. The partial transcript and resolution are still produced.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| call_id | string | yes | The id returned by place_call. |
Get the phone number connected to the authenticated user's account in E.164 format, along with its caller_id_status (verified or unverified). This is the user's own number used as outbound caller ID, not the service's SMS sending number. Takes no arguments and does not place a call or send a text.

- Nothing to cap, because mcprush bills nothing
What counts against your monthly calls
| Tool | Unit | Calls used | Out of the allowance |

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install Patch or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
This listing is an address its publisher runs, and you connect to it directly — this marketplace is not in the path. The scanner reads packages and public source, and an address is neither. So there is no grade — not a withheld one, an unmeasured one.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 0.2.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish Patch can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
