Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
LeaveSheet: Davis-Bacon wage rates and WH-347 certified is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.
What it does
Read-only Davis-Bacon wage determination lookup, crew pay checks, fringe 6B, WH-347 payroll drafts.

Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http leavesheet-davis-bacon-wage-rates-and-wh-347-mcp https://app.tabletemplates.com/api/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.

Tool surface
What the model actually sees. Descriptions are diffed on every release — see version history.
Use when the user needs the general wage determination (WD) for a federally funded construction project. This tool makes no network call: it explains where the WD is (the one incorporated in the contract or bid documents, starting with "General Decision Number"), builds the sam.gov search link with the filters to set (state, county, construction type) for the user to open, and quotes the revision

|---|---|---|---|
| state | string | yes | Two-letter state code, e.g. "TX". |
| county | string | no | County name, e.g. "Travis". |
| constructionType | string | no | Construction type named in the contract. |
| wdText | string | no | Text of the WD found by the user, optional, pasted by the user from the contract or from the sam.gov page, from "General Decision Number" to "END OF GENERAL DECISION", line breaks kept (max 400000 cha |
| awardDate | string | no | Contract award date (or start of construction when there is no award). |
| bidOpeningDate | string | no | Bid opening date, sealed-bid contracts only. |
Use when the user needs the prevailing base rate and fringe of one or more classifications and has the text of the WD (pasted from the contract or the sam.gov page). Reads the pasted text and returns each matching classification row (craft, classification, zone, base and fringe $/h with the rule they come from, notes, parse confidence) plus the verbatim excerpt and the sam.gov page to check it. ro

| search | string | no | Text to match in craft, classification or zone, e.g. "laborer". |
| limit | integer | no | Maximum rows returned (1-100). |
Use when the user wants to know whether each worker on a Davis-Bacon job was paid at least the WD rate for a payroll week. For every worker and classification it computes the base and fringe due vs. paid, recomputes overtime (hours over 40 in the workweek, 29 CFR 5.5(b)(1) and 5.32), checks apprentice registration and the daily apprentice ratio (29 CFR 5.5(a)(4)), and totals the restitution owed,

Use when a contractor pays a fringe plan (health, pension…) for a worker who also does private work, and needs the hourly credit it may take on Davis-Bacon payrolls. Applies 29 CFR 5.25(c): plan cost divided by all hours worked, over-credit and fringe owed on DBRA hours, and the defined-contribution pension exception checks. Example: annualPlanCost=9600, totalHoursWorked=2000, dbraHours=600, plan=

Use when the user asks what changed between two modifications of the same WD (e.g. the one in the contract vs. the latest one) and pastes both texts. Lists classifications added, removed and those whose base or fringe changed, with old and new amounts and the verbatim rows. Example: wdTextA="General Decision Number: CA20260001 … (modification 2)", wdTextB="… (modification 3)".
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |

| wdTextB | string | yes | Text of the later WD modification, pasted by the user from the contract or from the sam.gov page, from "General Decision Number" to "END OF GENERAL DECISION", line breaks kept (max 400000 characters). |
Use when the user is ready to produce the weekly certified payroll (WH-347 PDF or Excel). Computes the WH-347 columns for the crew and returns a link to the export page where the files are generated in the browser; the crew data travels in the URL fragment, which is never sent to the server. The optional last 4 digits of each SSN are typed by the user on that page only. Do not put SSNs or addresse

Use when a worker performs a classification that is missing from the WD and the contractor must ask the contracting officer to add it. Fills the SF-1444 fields, compares the proposed rate with related WD classifications, and checks the criteria of 29 CFR 5.5(a)(1)(iii)(A) (each answered yes / no / to verify). Related classifications come from neighbourRowIds (get_wage_rates on the pasted wdText, p

Use when the user wants to check that the fringe credited on the WH-347 (column 6B) matches what was paid to each plan (health and welfare, pension, vacation, training) for the week. Same computation as the wh347_fringe_reconcile tool of leavesheet-mcp: 6B per line, totals per plan, reconciles when |sum 6B − sum plans| < 0.005. Up to 50 workers.

What counts against your monthly calls

Nothing here is billable: mcprush charges nothing to install LeaveSheet: Davis-Bacon wage rates and WH-347 certified or to call it, at any volume.
Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
| Term | Level | What it prices | Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| capability-exposure | minimal | capability blast radius (minimal) — client exposure if the model is manipulated | −0 |
| coverage-honesty | manifest | inspection depth (manifest) — how much of the target the scan could see | −4 |
What the scan could actually read
A grade is only as meaningful as its coverage, so the scanner publishes its own depth before it publishes its result.
The scan read each tool’s name, description, input schema and annotations exactly as the server listed them the last time it answered us; no code was reviewed. We ask the server again about once a month, and a list that changed is graded again.
The implementation source was not read — this reflects the declared tool metadata only.
Capability — what it could do if the model were manipulated
Tags derived from each tool’s schema and the implementation, not from what the tool calls itself. minimal is the level these add up to.
| Tool | Capability tags | Why the tag was assigned |
|---|---|---|
| find_wage_determination | no tags | |
| get_wage_rates | no tags | |
| check_crew_pay | no tags | |
| annualize_fringe | no tags | |
| compare_wd_revisions | no tags | |
| build_certified_payroll | no tags | |

Toxic-flow graph
The lethal trifecta, checked as a graph rather than as a checklist: untrusted input, a sensitive source and an external sink have to meet before there is a path worth worrying about.
The public result for this release does not print the flow graph, so there is nothing to show here. That is not the same as "no paths were found": what the scan did read is above, under coverage.
Supply chain and provenance
This is the first scan of this surface here, so there is nothing yet to compare it against.
Every result on this tab comes from one deterministic pass over the published package — offline, rule by rule, and auditable line by line above. Same methodology version, same bytes, same score.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 0.1.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish LeaveSheet: Davis-Bacon wage rates and WH-347 certified can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
