Comprehensive Model Context Protocol server for managing Home Assistant through AI assistants.
VeteranHQ is installed from its publisher's own source and answers where it runs, so this marketplace is not in the path of a single call. There is no address here to send one to, and a panel that pretended otherwise would be showing you an answer we made up. Install it and call it from your own client — the Installation tab has the entry for each one.

VeteranHQ costs nothing on mcprush: there is no plan to choose here, no cap to set and nothing mcprush can bill you for.
Collected from a public index. Nobody has claimed this account, so nothing here was written by its author — claim it if it is yours.
Where are you running it?
Every route below installs the same thing and ends at the same approval screen. Nothing here runs on your machine and nothing runs on ours: this server answers at its publisher’s own address, and what you install is the connection straight to it.
This is a public server: it answers at its publisher’s own address and this marketplace is not in the path. Claude Code registers it in one command; --scope user makes it available in every project. The transport below is http, as the publisher's own manifest declares it.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http veteranhq-mcp https://api.veteranhq.app/mcpReconnect, or start a new session, and the tools appear in the model’s tool list.
One config entry pointing straight at the publisher’s own address — this marketplace is not in the path, and nothing from this listing executes on your machine.

Use this when a veteran has two or more VA disability rating percentages and wants the combined rating. It reports what 38 CFR 4.25 and 4.26 yield for the percentages supplied, not what VA has assigned, and it does not evaluate special monthly compensation. Applies the 38 CFR 4.25 Combined Ratings Table procedure: pairwise combination in severity order, whole-percent rounding after each step, then
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ratings | array | yes | Array of individual disability rating percentages (0-100), e.g., [70, 50]. |
| bilateral | array | no | Optional. Tags the ratings that affect a paired extremity, so 38 CFR 4.26 can be applied: those ratings are combined with each other first, 10 percent of that value is added (not combined), and the re |
Use this when a veteran names a VA diagnostic code and wants the rating criteria for it. It is not a lookup of what a rating pays and it does not combine ratings. Returns the VASRD criteria on file for that code (a code, not a condition name) at every tier, highest percentage first, with the condition name, body system and 38 CFR reference. A code that 38 CFR 4.71a, 4.73 or 4.124a rates in two col
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| diagnosticCode | string | yes | VA diagnostic code (e.g., "8100" for migraines, "5260" for knee). |
Use this when a veteran gives a condition name and the VA disability percentage currently assigned for it, and wants that percentage compared against the VASRD criteria. It describes what the criteria require; only VA decides a rating. Returns the tier that matches the current percentage, the next tier above it, and every higher tier on file for that condition, with the criteria each one requires.
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| conditionName | string | yes | Condition to analyze (e.g., "PTSD", "Lumbar strain"). |
| currentPercent | number | yes | Current VA rating percentage for this condition (e.g., 30, 50, 70). |
Use this when a veteran supplies dates of incapacitating episodes and the question involves the 38 CFR 4.71a formula VA uses to rate intervertebral disc syndrome on incapacitating episodes, diagnostic code 5243. The tier it reports is an estimate from the episodes supplied, and it does not decide FMLA entitlement or apply to conditions rated outside diagnostic code 5243. Totals the calendar durati

| absencePeriods | array | yes | Array of absence periods. Each must have at least a startDate. |
| referenceDate | string | no | The reference date for the 12-month rolling window (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today. Typically the anticipated C&P exam date. Must be a real calendar date; an unparseable value is rejected. |
Use this when a veteran names a VA service-connected condition and asks what other conditions can follow from it. It does not diagnose, establish that a particular veteran's condition is secondary, or supply the medical nexus opinion a secondary claim needs. Returns the records whose own primary condition is the one searched for, each with evidence strength, medical rationale, key studies, filing
| Parameter | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| primaryCondition | string | yes | Primary service-connected condition to search against (e.g., "PTSD", "Lumbar strain"). Partial matches supported. |
| limit | integer | no | How many secondary-condition records one response carries, 1 to 15, default 5. A response is also held to a size budget of about 12 KB, so it can carry fewer records than the limit, whole ones only; r |
| offset | integer | no | How many records of the same result to skip before the first one returned, 0 to 100000, default 0. Records keep the same order on every call, so the nextOffset one response reports returns the records |
Use this when a veteran asks whether VA treats a condition as presumptively service connected, or which conditions are presumptive for a given exposure or service era. Whether a particular veteran meets the service requirement depends on service records this tool does not read. | exposureType | string | no | Known toxic/environmental exposure (e.g., "Agent Orange", "burn pits", "Camp Lejeune water"). |
Use this when a veteran's question needs VA regulations, legal standards or case law by keyword, citation or diagnostic code. It does not read a claim, predict a decision or give legal advice. Returns 38 CFR rating criteria, verbatim doctrine (pinpoints, capture and effective dates, reviewed holdings) and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) excerpts (docket, case name, relevance); preceden

Use this when a veteran has a VA compensation and pension examination scheduled for a condition and wants to know what it involves. It does not schedule, reschedule or contact VA, and the examiner's findings and VA decide the rating. Returns the examination type and typical length, what the examiner does, the questions examiners commonly ask, the Disability Benefits Questionnaire sections that app

Use this when a veteran wants the monthly VA disability compensation amount for a given rating percentage and dependent situation. It gives the published rate for that combination, not what a specific veteran is paid, and it is not a back-pay calculation for a past period. Returns the monthly and annual amounts from the VA compensation rate table in effect, with the rate year and effective date. T

| childrenCount | number | no | Dependent children under 18. Affects rates at 30%+. Defaults to 0. |
Use this when a veteran gives an effective date and a VA rating increase and asks what the retroactive amount would be. It does not set an effective date and it does not report an amount VA has authorized. Returns an estimate of the difference in monthly compensation for each month of the period, with a per-month breakdown, the assumptions behind it, and its own disclaimer. Under 38 CFR 3.31 payme

| adjudicationDate | string | no | ISO date the rating decision was issued. Defaults to today. |
Use this when a veteran asks who can help with a VA disability claim, or describes a crisis. VeteranHQ does not prepare or file claims or forms, and only VA decides a claim. need crisis puts the full Veterans Crisis Line first and alone returns crisis content; urgent true tops routeNow with the first action, crisis routing unchanged. Use this when a veteran asks about a VA topic VeteranHQ has written a guide on. It searches only the VeteranHQ guide library and reads no account data, so the answer is the same for every caller with the same inputs. Returns the guides whose text matches the query, highest scoring first, each carrying the guide slug, title, summary and public URL, and no body text. The ordering is lexical and dete

Use this when a veteran needs what a VeteranHQ guide on a VA topic says, given a slug from search_guides. A guide states the rules as VeteranHQ read them from the cited sources on the date it reports, and only VA decides a claim. Returns the slug, title and summary, the date the facts in it were last verified against its sources, the public URL of the guide on veteranhq.app, the body split into th

Use this when a veteran asks what VA benefits they may qualify for. It returns programs to check, not an eligibility decision: only VA decides who qualifies for a VA benefit, and the agency that runs any other program listed decides for that one. The inputs are the veteran's circumstances as fixed choices, every one optional: service status, combined VA rating or no rating, whether compensation is

Two independent axes, because powerful and malicious are different questions. The grade is threat only. The capability level is blast radius, and it is never a penalty on the grade — it is priced as one subtract-only term in the score, where you can see it.
| Term | Level | What it prices | Points |

| capability-exposure | minimal | capability blast radius (minimal) — client exposure if the model is manipulated | −0 |
| coverage-honesty | manifest | inspection depth (manifest) — how much of the target the scan could see | −4 |
What the scan could actually read
A grade is only as meaningful as its coverage, so the scanner publishes its own depth before it publishes its result.
The scan read each tool’s name, description, input schema and annotations exactly as the server listed them the last time it answered us; no code was reviewed. We ask the server again about once a month, and a list that changed is graded again.
The implementation source was not read — this reflects the declared tool metadata only.

Toxic-flow graph
The lethal trifecta, checked as a graph rather than as a checklist: untrusted input, a sensitive source and an external sink have to meet before there is a path worth worrying about.
The public result for this release does not print the flow graph, so there is nothing to show here. That is not the same as "no paths were found": what the scan did read is above, under coverage.
Supply chain and provenance
This is the first scan of this surface here, so there is nothing yet to compare it against.
Every result on this tab comes from one deterministic pass over the published package — offline, rule by rule, and auditable line by line above. Same methodology version, same bytes, same score.
Release history
This is an address its publisher runs: which release it serves is theirs to choose, so there is nothing here to pin. The history below is for reading; the current release on file is 0.2.0.
No release note was published with this version.
One review per account, from a signed-in account that does not publish this listing. Nothing else is asked — you can say what you think before you install it. Publishers can reply once per review, and a review can be edited or deleted by whoever wrote it.
Any signed-in account that does not publish VeteranHQ can review it, once — before installing it or after. A review from an account that has installed it is marked as one.
Nobody has reviewed this listing. The rating on the card is the mean of the reviews written here and nothing else, so there is no rating until somebody writes the first — which takes a signed-in account that does not publish it, and nothing else.
